Can't connect again... :(

This time I get the error:

Code:: Failed to connect to the server
Connection timed out: connect

This another server problem two? Or just me...?

Yeahh Guys, TwoDollars just put to maximum players to 5, when I connect it doesnt Let me join it says 'Connection Lost' and I keep clicking that and that comes out afro
